February 2025 newsletter
Booooo!
You may have noticed! It's been a long time since we bothered you with a new newsletter.
I know it is said that newsletters shouldn't be too long because people don't read them and that videos should be short. I don't believe that!
Especially for our audience, composed of educated and passionate individuals who genuinely want to learn and will take the time to read or choose the content that interests them.
I am not in favor of sending them too frequently, as we are all saturated with information that, in many cases, isn't even interesting. We prefer to communicate when it really matters.
Personally, I only read or watch long content from instructive lectures. The only short videos I watch are sketches by comedians, and there are some very good ones… unless you stick to public propaganda services; oops…
You should know that we are quite busy with training, numerous patients in some cases, and various projects.
We are working on an update of the applications, which is very complex. Although artificial intelligence is an incredible tool, it doesn't save time; on the contrary, it multiplies possibilities.
😶🌫️ I can already see some frowning at this trend that is revolutionizing the world and markets!
Keep in mind that those who talk the most about this (politicians and commentators) really don't know much about the subject and often spread nonsense. Turn off the TV!
If you want to learn more about AI, go to YouTube and consult independent experts to get a clearer idea.
But let's return to our rollers and the various bqc·points.
I receive many exciting questions whose answers can be found on the experts' blog.
Our articles are there not only for you to assess our experience and seriousness but also to provide support to our students.
The channel www.DienChan.tv also offers you numerous videos with tips and answers to questions. Subscribe and give us a like!
👍 It’s free and the best way to promote authentic Dien Chan.
Blog updates
Whether you are a former student of the ISMDC or simply interested in the good practice of Dien Chan, our articles are open to everyone.
For this newsletter, we have prepared a selection of articles that might interest you. And, of course, you are free to explore the blog and the YouTube channel at your own pace.
Most of the articles contain what we call a «Dien Chan care plan». Even if the topic is not immediately familiar to you, take the time to observe how these plans are constructed. This is the key to becoming a true architect of your own protocols, allowing you to personalise and adapt them to each patient.
Practising Dien Chan is not simply about applying a series of bqc·points mechanically. It involves following a genuine strategy:
Prepare the patient.
Work on the body when necessary with large yin or yang tools.
Move on to the facial reflex phase, relying on the reflex diagrams.
The objective?
To achieve good results while maintaining the yin or yang effect initiated during the corporeal work. Then comes the consolidation phase, where we use bqc·points. This is where we learn to build a specific formula of points based on the information gathered in the previous phases.
This formula is based on a true "constellation" of bqc·points, directly connected to the established protocol. I invite you to discover the blog articles to better understand this dynamic and learn how to achieve lasting results.
And, most importantly, remember: if the patient does their exercises at home with the recommended tool, each subsequent session will not start from zero—quite the opposite!
Observe the improvement
... and not just the pain!
If you missed any of our recent articles, on this page you will find summaries to help you choose the one that interests you the most.
It is crucial to understand the difference between observing improvement and evaluating a person's pain. This point is especially important, as it is easy to fall into the trap of replicating practices from conventional medicine.
If you have little time and are already a Dien Chan practitioner, we recommend reading this article first. We hope it helps you understand this powerful concept to enhance your treatments and achieve better results.
This article highlights the fundamental importance of evaluating the overall improvement in patients' well-being, rather than merely measuring the pain they feel.
Attentive and empathetic listening to the patient is a key element in this approach. At the same time, using an appropriate evaluation scale allows for better personalisation of treatments, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care adapted to their specific needs and personal experience.
It is also essential to moderate the stimulation of bqc·points, as overly intensive application could be counterproductive.
Our training programmes are designed to provide therapists with the necessary tools to perfect their practice and respect the particularities of each patient.
The ultimate goal of this initiative is to train highly competent therapists capable of adapting their treatments to the individual needs of each person and promoting overall well-being in their interventions.
In this way, each therapist becomes a key agent in improving the quality of life of their patients.
Harmonising sleep
This article focuses on harmonising sleep.
It presents natural solutions for treating sleep disorders, addressing energy imbalances related to emotions and organs.
Dien Chan combines the principles of traditional Chinese medicine with Western knowledge to restore the body's balance. Specific massage techniques and the stimulation of reflex points on the face are proposed to calm the mind and promote restful sleep.
Additionally, the article offers practical advice for improving sleep hygiene and presents tools and training to deepen the practice of Dien Chan. The goal is to provide a gentle and effective approach to regaining peaceful nights and overall well-being.
Relieving back pain
A solution for alleviating neck and back pain.
The article proposes a four-step approach, beginning with the identification and direct treatment of the painful area using specific tools.
It explains how to identify and stimulate reflex zones on the face related to the spine and neck, using reflex diagrams. The article also addresses the importance of stimulating specific points to reinforce the effects and proposes a formula as an example.
It emphasises regular maintenance through self-stimulation techniques to achieve lasting results, with recommendations for tools and training to deepen the practice of Dien Chan.
Cholesterol and xanthelasmas:
Prevention and treatment
This article explores xanthelasmas, those yellowish plaques around the eyes that are often related to excess cholesterol and liver imbalance.
It proposes a natural approach to preventing and treating them through Dien Chan, a facial reflexology technique.
The article highlights the importance of strengthening the liver through diet and the stimulation of specific reflex points on the face. It offers practical advice for adapting the treatment to individual needs, differentiating between liver weakness and liver overload.
It also suggests the use of multireflex tools, Reflexdrainage, and thermal stamps to optimise results and revitalise the body.
Melasma:
A holistic approach for balanced skin
Here is a holistic approach to melasma, a skin condition that causes brown patches. The article describes the causes of melasma, including UV exposure and hormonal changes, and proposes a multi-step care plan.
This plan integrates the use of specific multireflex tools to address affected areas, regulate hormonal functions, and improve skin quality. The approach combines knowledge from Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, emphasising the importance of personalised care and prevention.
Finally, we recommend using the Faceasit application to create tailored care plans and provide advice for self-care and overall patient well-being.
Cervical dystonia
The article explains how to treat torticollis, or cervical dystonia. It describes the symptoms of this neurological condition and proposes a holistic care plan.
This plan includes techniques for stimulating reflex points on the face to relieve tension and reduce muscle contractions.
The article also suggests complementary advice such as hydration, relaxation exercises, and maintaining good posture.
It offers additional resources, including videos and certified training.
Become the actor of your health
Ah, medication!
We pop pills like candy and—bam!—we think we’re cured! It’s even said that France is the world champion in medicine consumption.
But deep down, we often forget to ask ourselves: why are we suffering in the first place?
A little pain? Quick, take a painkiller and forget about it!
Can’t sleep? Pop a sleeping pill and off to bed!
But these discomforts are actually our body's alarms, whispering, "Something's not right!"
In Dien Chan, the sensitivity of a bqc·point indicates a lack of energy stimulation in the corresponding area. These are our body’s warning lights. You wouldn’t ignore the low oil indicator in your car without heading to the mechanic, would you?
So why do we think that popping a pill after every meal will fix our body?
Until one day… surprise!
The pain becomes chronic, and it takes more than a pill to calm it down.
Don’t get us wrong—treating symptoms in an emergency is sometimes necessary! Medicine has made incredible progress, but it’s often used to provide comfort for everyday aches and pains. If we constantly need to rely on chemicals to avoid discomfort, maybe there’s a deeper issue we haven’t addressed yet.
So, why not start with the basics?
A balanced diet , a bit of exercise, nurturing your sleep by avoiding screens before bed, managing stress by putting things into perspective.
Most importantly, learn to listen to your body. And if that’s not enough, consult a specialist to find the cause rather than just masking the symptoms.
Health isn’t just the absence of disease; it’s a state of complete physical and mental well-being. And to achieve it, you need to take an active role in your health.
With Dien Chan, you can take charge of your well-being, help your clients achieve real results, and say goodbye to many common ailments!
Study Dien Chan with true experts who have been sharing their expertise since 2002. The International School of Multireflexology - Dien Chan (ISMDC) published many books since 2002 and, in 2013, developed an iPad app called Faceasit, that revolutionized the approach to facial reflexology.

So, are you ready to take control of your health?
Proposition... but in French
If you understand French or turn on automatic subtitles in each video, I propose a short course on how to create your website for free (like this one).
I renew my gift by sharing a simple and economical solution to create your website without breaking the bank or complicating your life. You don't need excessive expenses or mandatory subscriptions. Unlike paid solutions that are often promoted, I have no conflicts of interest with internet companies.
I recommend the free services of Google, which I use myself and which are free. Of course, "free" sometimes implies being the product, but even when paying, we are monitored.
My goal is to offer you a free option to exist online while maintaining control over your content. The keyword here is content. Having an effective online presence requires authentic, personal, and dynamic content. It doesn't matter if you call it a website, domain, or blog, the essential thing is to publish regularly to demonstrate your expertise, whether in text or video.
You don't need to form a group of hackers, just a proposal to help you exist online without worrying about excessive costs or restrictions.
